The privacy and security of your personal data is a priority for The Dr Pure, so we aim to be open and transparent with regard to the processing of your personal data. We therefore have a policy that defines how your personal data will be treated and protected.

Pure Plastic Surgery Art, Lda, is responsible for the processing of personal data that it makes available to us and is responsible for the said personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

Where do we keep your data?

The data we collect is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), but it can also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA. In that case, the transfer of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws. In the case of transfers outside the EEA, Pure Plastic Surgery Art, Lda will use Standard Contractual Clauses and the “Privacy Shield” as protection for countries that need an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

Who has access to your data?

Your data is shared within The Dr. Pure, we never transfer, sell or exchange your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The data made available to third parties is used only to provide you with our services. Below you will find the third party categories related to each specific process.

What are the legal grounds for proceeding with the treatment?

For each specific treatment of the personal data we collect about you, we will inform you about the legal basis of your treatment, namely if it is in compliance with a legal obligation, or if it is necessary for the performance of a contract, and what are your effects if you choose not to.

What are your rights?

Right of access:
Anyone has the right to confirm whether The Dr Pure processes personal data that holds about them or not. You can contact Contact Customer Service by phone (+351) 96 714 46 74 or by email at clinic@thedrpure.com, which will provide your personal data that we process by e -mail.


Right to portability:
Whenever The Dr Pure processes your personal data by automated means based on your consent or on the basis of a contract, you are entitled to have a copy of your data transferred to you or to third parties in a structured, commonly used format and machine readable. This includes only the personal data that you have sent us.


Right to rectification:

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data, if they are incorrect, as well as the right to complete data that is incomplete. If you have an account with The Dr Pure Store you can edit your personal account details.


Right to erasure:
You have the right to request any personal data processed by The Dr Pure to be deleted at any time, except in the following situations:

  • You have an open question with Customer Service;

 

  • You have an open order that has not yet been shipped or has been partially shipped;

 

  • You have an outstanding debt with The Dr Pure, regardless of the payment method;

 

  • Has misused, or is suspected to have misused our services in the past four years;

 

  • Its debt has been sold to third parties in the past three years or in the last year, in the case of deceased customers;

 

  • Your credit application was rejected in the past three months;

  • If you made a purchase, we will keep your personal data related to the transaction for accounting purposes.


The right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests of the person responsible:

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data that is based on The Dr Pure's legitimate interest. The Dr Pure will not continue to process personal data, unless we can demonstrate a legitimate basis for processing that overrides your  interests and rights, or in the event of legal proceedings.


The right to oppose direct marketing:

You have the right to oppose direct marketing, including profile settings made for direct marketing purposes.

Right to limitation:
You have the right to request that The Dr Pure limit the processing of personal data in the following circumstances:

  • If you intend to oppose treatment that it is based on The Dr pure's legitimate interest, The Dr Pure will restrict all processing of that data until the legitimate interest is verified;

 

  • If you declare that your personal data is incorrect, The Dr Pure will have to restrict all processing of that data until its correctness is verified;

 

  • If the treatment is illegal, you can oppose the elimination of personal data and, instead, request a restriction on the use of your personal data;

  • If The Dr Pure no longer needs your personal data, but has to keep it for its defense in legal proceedings.
